Weekend Pictures

We had such a fun weekend. On Friday night Taylor requested that his sister be shipped off to Nene and Poppy’s, so he and I could have a “spoil me rotten night” while daddy was out fishing with this brothers. We had such a fun time shopping for toys, eating cookies, spilling our soup on some poor sole at Shogun, staying up late watching TV together, and falling asleep in the same bed. I love my little Taylor for he keeps me so entertained and always gives me lots of loves.

On Saturday we got to go to Xander’s 5th Birthday Party at Jump Zone. Xander is one of Taylor’s dear friends that he went to play school with for years. There were many familiar play school friend there to celebrate with Xander and Taylor enjoyed playing with his old buddy’s so very much. I miss that group of kids, but all the mothers exchanged email address and we are going to do our best to get the kids together in the future.

Saturday afternoon my sister Mary and I got to sneak off to go shop Dillard’s and Talbot’s mega sale, and then we got to stop by and see spend time with Leslie and here beautiful new twin girls.

On Saturday night we got to so go the “SummerZover” celebration put on by the church, which was so much enjoyable. There were bouncy houses for the kids, games, snow cones, cotton candy, and wonderful fellowship.

And now it is Sunday night and the weekend is almost over, and it is time again to start a new week. I am looking forward to the end of this week because my sister Mary and I are going to take all three kids to Alabama to visit our grandparents. I feel so fortunate that I still have all four of my grandparents living. I just wish that I got to see them more often.

I love this group of children so very much:

Spaghetti Night

This is kind of a gross picture but I wanted to document how much this child love spaghetti! She ate 4 bowls full all by her self two night ago.

Beach Pictures #6

Beach Pictures #5

The Alligator Farm – this place was really cool (but the heat was HOT). This alligator farm took in pesky bothersome alligators and took care of them. There were over 200 gators on property.

This alligator could not wait for them to throw the chicken so it took the whole cooler. Taylor has so much fun watching the gators get fed from the top of the balcony.

The girls tolerated the heat pretty well.
Taylor loved the snakes and the wildlife (as long as it was behind a fence or cage):
